Running Away From The World And You

Fleeing into
The dark night
Cloaked with stars
That give no light

The world surrounding
Too big for my eyes
If only it weren't
Covered in lies

Running to space
To the outside universe
Inside the Earth
Life is a curse

Though I'm running from you
It's for the best
But I'll never be able
To get a full night's rest

A Finger To My Heart

He touched a finger to my heart,
Strengthening my love.
And though I’m very highly ranked,
I fear that he’s above.

He touched a finger to my heart,
Silencing my fear.
It might have been for other folks,
But for me it was not queer.

He touched a finger to my heart,
I hope we come together,
And I think that if we don’t,
I’ll be mourning,
Forever

Chestnut Beach

Dangerous,
And out of reach
The mysteries
Of Chestnut Beach

Deep inside
The Enchanted Forest
The birds will sing
A lovely chorus

Push your way through
The snarling vines
Twisting their way
Like fishing lines

Into the heart
You will see
The depth of
The mystery

Chestnut Beach
Long gone, you see
No one shall see it
Not you nor me

It's been hidden
Far far, away
Lost in the wild
Till this very day

Death Has a Purpose

Death isn't bad, just struggling to find good in the world.
Ending people's pain
Their hopeless lives

He may be unwilling
He may be in pain
For a suffering one
Never to die

Once I

A peek

Sneak
Another look
Of love

Of friends
And confused
Me to

Ashes, Ashes
Depression comes Depression ends
Life repeats Again and again

Revenge, Revenge
When will it end?My life is exploding
My heart is all bent

A container
Of hateAnd loathing
And love
Mixed up together
Makes an evil dove

That evil dove
Is me at an end

Got along at first
Everything was free of
Remorse
But I shouldn’t have
Thought
This would last…..

My grudge
Won’t last
I know that
But
It feels
Like a cinder
In my heart
And
It will never
Burn out

When
Will life
End
For me?
This rumor
Is getting
Out of control

Make me gone
So suffering
And torture
Will be banished

The Sky

The sky
So open and blue
Swarming with birds
Of every hue

The sky
So cloudless and free
Where every penguins
Wants to be

The sky
So silent and clean
Its wonders so great
Are yet to be seen

It Takes Too Long

Every tick of the clock
It takes too long
Until life ends
Your heart all gone

Your spirit away
Your eyes not seeing
Calling woe
Into every being

It takes too long
To meet your Maker
If you have a love
You cannot take her

But things will improve
Misery will vanish
And all bad things
You shall banish

I like them, but they are all too depressing!

6 out of 10 of my poems are depressing. I express my feelings through poetry, and this is how I feel a lot.

Theyre... ok. Get rid of SOME sad bits and I'd rate them.... uh... 99 outta 100!

But I love writing depressing poems! The guy I like in rl (real life) said one was suicidal! The one about life taking too long!

This might sound rather depressing or suicidal, but I'm not afraid of death. Really, if there was a 50-50 chance of eating something that tasted really nice and me surviving, or me dying from it, I'd still eat it. That's what I did today. I risked life for food. And it was worth it!

I could look Death in the face and laugh. I look forward to what life has in store for me, but I look forward to Death also.

XD If I founded out that tomorrow was my last day of life, I'd take it as an oppurtunity. To tell the bullies at school I hate them, to tell the guy I like I like him, etc..

But I still like it I said!!!!! Good way of expressing what I feel ALL the time when I'm not in rooleplaying mode. Misery.

The curse of little siblings,
Driving you insane
How much do you wish
To run them over with a train?

The curse or little siblings,
Drooling while they sleep
They're teasing voices
Makes you feel like a creep!

Nibbling your chair
Why, they should be eaten
By a ravenous bear!

Yah I agree! But my cousins fine. Its just my brother.

When I cry

It echoes all night
And day long

What kind of music
Comes from tears?
Surely music
That causes fears

My heart’s been broken
For far too long
So why do you keep
Hearing my song?

Flee from me
My sweet heart-breaker
Flee from me
You ugly rule-breaker

Soft gentle eyes
Luring you deep
A lovely face is enough
To put you asleep

A fragile hand
Guiding your way
Makes your own beauty so. . .
. . . Seeming like hay

Then you remember
And are a loss
He’s got a girlfriend
And you’re not the boss

I say something
That makes you cry
And always I wonder:
"Why?"

You say something
That makes me shout
That feels like I'm
Being driven out
Of my own house

A Bad Word here
A Bad Word there
And still, I wonder
What does a Bad Word mean?

The light in a pit of dark
a friend guiding you.
Your friend is there
when all is lost.
She helps you through,
then all is light again.
The sun shines
and diamonds reflect your love for each other.
A friend until the end
until the light disappears again
then you will fade with her.
